PayMoto cannot accept payments made from a friend, family member or any third party. If paying with bank transfer, the bank account name you send payment from must match that of the registered PayMoto account holder.
If someone else has already made payment for your transfer there are two options as next steps:
- The person who has sent us the payment can create their own PayMoto account and create a corresponding transfer.
- We can process a refund to the originating bank account. To complete a Refund we will need a Proof of Payment.
