Terms and Conditions for Promotions and Offers

Active Promotions:

1- Paymoto Christmas & New Year Mega Draw 2025-2026

1. The “Paymoto Christmas & New Year Mega Draw 2025-2026” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by Paymoto, PFG Forex Pty Ltd (ABN 94 152 941 510) having its registered office at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (“Promoter”).
2.These Terms & Conditions (“Specific Terms”) govern participation in the Promotion and apply in conjunction with the Paymoto General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”).
3.The Promotion runs from 15 December 2025 to 15 January 2026 (AEDT) (“Promotion Period”), unless extended, suspended, or terminated earlier at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4.Eligibility
- a. The Promotion is open to all Paymoto customers who complete a successful money transfer to the Philippines during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”).
- b. Cancelled, failed, or refunded transactions are not eligible.
- c. Each Eligible Transaction completed earns one (1) entry into the weekly draw. Customers may earn multiple entries, as each Eligible Transaction constitutes a separate entry.
- d. Employees, officers, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter, including their immediate family members; affiliates, subsidiary entities, and authorised partners of the Promoter; and any person or entity professionally connected with the administration, auditing, marketing, or execution of the Promotion re not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
5. The Promotion applies only to Eligible Transactions sent to the Philippines. Each week, two (2) winners will be selected from all Eligible Transactions. Each winner will receive a reward of AUD 50.
6.Reward will be credited to the sender’s MyAccount and must be redeemed within three (3) weeks for future transactions.
7.The total reward pool for each week is AUD 100.
8. The weekly draws will be made from the pool of Eligible Transactions and will take place on Thursdays throughout the Promotion Period, on 18 December, 25 December, 1 January, 8 January, and 15 January.
9. Winner Selection & Verification
- a. Winners will be chosen through a secure random selection from Eligible Transactions.
- b. If a winner cannot be contacted or verified within ten (10) days, the Reward may be forfeited, and a redraw may occur at the Promoter’s discretion.
10. Winners will be notified directly by the Promoter via email, SMS, or mobile app notifications. The Promoter may also announce winners on its website or social media channels in accordance with privacy considerations.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner.
12. All decisions made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and the allocation of prizes under this Promotion shall be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.
13. The Promoter may disqualify any entry if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, invalid details are provided, the entrant breaches these Terms and Conditions, or the transaction is reversed, cancelled, or refunded.
14.The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All customers participating in the Promotion will be bound by such changes.
15.Reward amounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation and can only be used for future transactions.
16.All draw records, winner lists, and prize payment proofs will be retained for audit purposes.
17. By entering this Promotion, customers consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, contacting winners, and complying with regulatory reporting requirements, and all personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

19. This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising from the Promotion will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
20.Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Customers agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be interpreted at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
