‘Cancelled’

In most cases a transfer will be made void owing to us not having received payment. 

We require payment to be made to our account immediately after transfer creation. Transfers that are cancelled are unable to be reinstated.

If your transfer status shows as void, and you have paid for the transfer please create a support ticket so we can look into it for you.

Alternatively, a transfer processed to an invalid account and receiving bank is unable to accept amendments will be made void and require you to create another transfer.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note that not all receiving banks can accept amendments once it has been processed in which case the transfer will be cancelled and we will retain the fee for the transfer. This is to cover the costs incurred during processing.
