When you book a transfer through PayMoto we purchase the currency on your behalf to ensure we can offer you the best rate possible. As such, we need to make sure that when you create a transfer you make payment for that transfer. Currently we do not provide the option for customers to cancel transfers themselves and you will need to contact us to make this request.
