If you have made payment from a joint bank account it is helpful to provide us with a joint bank account statement, or overview, which clearly shows the names of both account holders.
Commonly, banks will only provide the account name of one of the account holders when making payment to PayMoto. As we are required to verify a payment has come from the registered PayMoto customer, providing a joint account statement can prevent delays in processing your transfer.
You can create a support ticket and provide the document as an attachment within the ticket.
