PAYID is an electronic bill payment system in Australia which enables payments to be made through a financial institution’s online, mobile or telephone banking facility to organisations which are registered PAYID billers.
Steps to pay with PAYID
1. When you get to the ‘Payment Options’ click: ‘PAYID’
2. Next, hit ‘PAY’ button
3. Next, you will then be taken to the PayID screen which will show the PayID email and description or reference number.
4. On your internet or mobile banking app, select pay through Mobile/PayID.
5. Copy and paste the PayID email address indicated on the PayMoto App.
6. Then, copy and paste the description (or reference number) to the reference AND description section on your internet or mobile banking app.
7. Select “I have made the payment” if you already have paid the amount or select “I will pay later” if you haven’t paid yet. (Please take note that if you choose “I will pay later“, copy and save the PayID email address and description (reference number) where you can access it when you’re ready to make the payment.)
8. Click the ‘Next‘ button.
9. Next, you will see the “Transaction Request Successful” screen containing your Transfer Reference Number, Total To Pay Us and the amount Your Recipient Gets. Then Click the ‘DONE Button.
10. Once you are done, you do not need to do anything further. Once your transfer has been received and processed to your beneficiary we will update the status again.
