Can I cancel my Transfer Request once it is submitted?
Yes, you can apply for cancellation of a transfer, if the transfer is still under processing.

To cancel, select ‘Transfers’ from the home screen. A list of your transfers will appear. Select the transfer which has to be cancelled and click on the ‘Cancel transaction’ button. Next, select the reason for cancellation and encode the details.

When will the amount be refunded, in case of cancellations?
We require 2 – 3 working days to process your cancellation request and refund you. This might vary depending upon your recipient country.

Will my Transfer Request be cancelled by PayMoto?

We may cancel your Transfer Request in exceptional situations such as:

  • We are unable to proceed with the transfer for whatsoever reason or
  • The payment could not be effected to the recipient by our overseas correspondent.

What are the costs for cancellation?

Besides a standard cancellation fee (as per our Terms and Conditions), you may also incur costs on amount of currency conversions, charges/deductions by overseas banks and payment partners as applicable.

How can I amend my transfer request?

If you require an amendment for your transfer, a request can be submitted from ‘Transfers’ section.
