Limited Companies
| A certificate of incorporation which has been issued to your business by ASIC |
| A company extract (ASIC Extract) which outlines the share structure of your business |
| Photo identification for all directors and beneficial owners of the business (a beneficial owner is defined as anyone who holds a shareholding of 25% or more) |
| A few description of your relationship with the recipient(s) and supporting document(s) (eg. employment agreement, business engagement, sample contractor invoice) |
Sole Traders
| A copy of your self assessment tax return showing you are self employed |
| A business bank statement showing your trading name |
| A web address for your website (if available) |
| A few sentences describing your business activities and the nature of your transfers |
| A few description of your relationship with the recipient(s) and supporting document(s) (eg. employment agreement, sample contractor invoice) |
Trusts
| A copy of the trust deed |
| Confirmation of the trusts current address |
| Photo identification and proof of address for the authorised signatory |
| Photo identification and proof of address for all beneficiaries |
| Source of funds/wealth of the trust such as a personal or company bank statement |
| A few description of your relationship with the recipient(s) and supporting document(s) (eg. employment agreement, business engagement, sample contractor invoice) |
